SPIRITUAL WARFARE

Be strong in the Lord and in the strength of His might. Put on the full armor of God… For our struggle is… against the world forces of this darkness… (Eph 6:10-12)

The Battleground
• Jesus said, "All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them…  teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age." (Matt 28:18-20)
• You are the salt of the earth; but if the salt has become tasteless, how can it be made salty again? It is no longer good for anything, except to be thrown out and trampled under foot by men. (Matt 5:13-16)
• Be salt or be trampled under foot by men.

The Enemy
• That no advantage would be taken of us by Satan, for we are not ignorant of his schemes. (2 Cor 2:11)
• Satan disciples the nations by enslaving people to sin and tyrants. Evil men bent on world domination manipulate the masses with their enormous influence over:
• Entertainment & media, education, the economy, wars, global threats, false religion, evil government.

The Weapons of Our Warfare
• The sword of the Spirit is the word of God. (Eph 6:13-17)
• We do not war according to the flesh, for the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but divinely powerful for the destruction of fortresses. We are destroying speculations and every lofty thing raised up against the knowledge of God. (2 Cor 10:3-5)
• The word of God is living and active and sharper than any two-edged sword, and piercing as far as the division of soul and spirit, of both joints and marrow, and able to judge the thoughts and intentions of the heart. (Heb 4:12)

The Battle Plan
• Go, stand and speak to the people… the whole message of this Life. (Acts 5:20)
• I did not shrink from declaring to you anything that was profitable, and teaching you publicly and from house to house. (Acts 20:20)
• Be diligent to present yourself approved to God as a workman who does not need to be ashamed, accurately handling the word of truth. (2 Tim 2:15)

Duplication
• The kingdom of heaven is like leaven, which a woman took and hid in three pecks of flour until it was all leavened. (Matt 13:33)
• A pupil is not above his teacher; but everyone, after he has been fully trained, will be like his teacher. (Luke 6:40)
• The things which you have heard from me in the presence of many witnesses, entrust these to faithful men who will be able to teach others also. (2 Tim 2:2)

Support Our Troops
• Who at any time serves as a soldier at his own expense? Who plants a vineyard and does not eat the fruit of it? Or who tends a flock and does not use the milk of the flock? So also the Lord directed those who proclaim the gospel to get their living from the gospel. (1 Cor 9:7-14)
• The one who is taught the word is to share all good things with the one who teaches him. (Gal 6:6)
• Suffer hardship with me, as a good soldier of Christ Jesus. No soldier in active service entangles himself in the affairs of everyday life, so that he may please the one who enlisted him as a soldier. (2 Tim 2:3-4)
